Coaching Hub Feature

Exercise videos.
See the movement before the set.

Exercise videos let clients watch the exact exercise before performing it, so they understand setup, range of motion, and what the movement should look like.

Feature breakdown

What this does
inside coaching.

What it means

Ken can attach a YouTube or BPF video to an exercise. The client sees a Watch Video button inside the workout.

Example

Before doing Tricep Pushdowns, the client taps Watch Video and sees how the movement should look.

Why it matters

Exercise video guidance is available right when you need it, reducing confusion before the set.

Simple example

How the client experiences it.

Client flow
  1. Ken saves or pastes a exercise video link.
  2. Ken assigns the exercise in a workout.
  3. Client taps Watch Video inside the Workout Player.

Free app + Coaching Hub

The Workout Player is available in the free app for self-guided workouts. In the Coaching Hub, Ken uses that same player to assign workouts, add cues, review completion, and adjust the plan.

Interactive Exercise Video Example

Open the sample player or exercise library to see how exercise video guidance appears before the set.
