How Sessions Work
You schedule a session time that works for you — morning before work, lunch break, evening, weekends. Ken sends a video link a few minutes before. You pull it up on your phone, tablet, or laptop and prop it so Ken can see you move.
He coaches you through every exercise in real time: cuing your bracing before a heavy deadlift, catching a knee cave in your squat, adjusting your grip width on the bench. If something isn't working, he modifies it on the fly. No pre-recorded videos, no app notifications — a real coach watching every rep.

A Typical Training Week
Most Grayslake clients train 3–4 days per week, mixing live coached sessions with optional self-directed workouts Ken programs for you. A typical week might look like: two live sessions (Monday and Thursday), one self-directed session with an optional video review, and active recovery on the other days.
