This policy explains how BPF Virtual and Body Plus Fitness collect, use, store, and share information when you use our public website, fitness app, coaching hub, forms, and related services.
Many tools are designed to work locally in your browser. Saved workouts, preferences, progress checkmarks, planned-day settings, and similar data may be stored through local storage, session storage, cookies, or browser caches. Clearing your browser data may remove this information, and BPF Virtual may not be able to recover it.
We receive information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, messages, questionnaire answers, coaching applications, newsletter requests, and form responses. We use it to respond, provide requested materials, operate coaching services, communicate about your account or purchase, and improve our services.
Coaching features may use account authentication and cloud storage. Information may include client contact details, assigned programs, check-ins, messages, completion records, and other information needed to deliver the coaching service. Do not use general forms or free-text fields to send sensitive medical information unless it is necessary and you have been specifically asked to provide it through an appropriate channel.
Some pages use Google Analytics or similar measurement tools to understand visits, device and browser information, traffic sources, and how pages are used. These tools may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers. We also use local browser storage and essential cookies for preferences, authentication, security, and app functionality. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work correctly.
Our services are hosted through Netlify and may use Firebase services for authentication, database storage, and related app functions. Forms or email sign-ups may be processed through Formspree and Mailchimp. These providers may receive the information needed to perform their services, together with standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs.
Payments may be completed through external services such as Stripe, and scheduling may be completed through external scheduling services. Payment details are entered on the provider's service, not directly into BPF Virtual's static website pages. We may receive transaction status, purchaser contact information, and other details needed to provide the purchased service. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Pages may include videos, social links, or other third-party content. Opening or interacting with third-party content may allow that provider to receive technical information about the visit. External websites and services have their own privacy practices.
We share information with service providers only as reasonably needed to operate the services described above, process a request or transaction, maintain security, or comply with law. BPF Virtual does not sell personal information for money.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, protect security, and meet legal obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access according to operational need.
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
BPF Virtual provides general fitness and lifestyle education and coaching, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Readers and clients with medical conditions, prescribed diets, medications, injuries, pregnancy, or unusual symptoms should follow the guidance of their own qualified professional.
We may update this policy as services or providers change. The current revision date appears at the top of the page.
