I haven't trained in a while. Is this too advanced?
No. Phase 1 starts at RPE 6–7 (easy to moderate), focuses on learning form, and has beginner substitutes for every movement. The plan scales with you — you add reps before ever adding weight.
How is this different from the Women's program?
The Men's program has a greater emphasis on strength output and conditioning density in Phase 3. The exercise selection in Workout A differs slightly. The core structure — 3 phases, 3 workouts per week, 9 total guided sessions — is the same across both.
