Workout Player in action.
Free app tool + assigned coaching player.
The Workout Player is not only a Coaching Hub feature. It is also a free app tool. Free users can try sample workouts, and coaching clients use the same player with Ken-assigned workouts, exercise videos, cues, completion logging, and feedback.
What this does
in the app and coaching.
What it means
The client does not just receive a workout list. They open the workout, follow the session, mark completion, and report how it felt.
Example
Ken assigns Push Day. The client starts the Workout Player, watches the Tricep Pushdown video, reads the cue, completes the sets, and rates the workout.
Why it sells coaching
It shows that paid coaching is active and trackable, not just a static plan.
How the client experiences it.
- Ken assigns the workout from Coach Hub.
- Client opens Start Workout / Workout Player.
- Client completes the session and the log shows in Coach Hub.
Free app + Coaching Hub
The Workout Player is available in the free app for self-guided workouts. In the Coaching Hub, Ken uses that same player to assign workouts, add cues, review completion, and adjust the plan.
