Yes. Home workouts can build muscle when the exercises are selected well, effort is high enough, and progression is built into the plan.
What equipment do I need?
Many clients can start with adjustable dumbbells, bands, a bench, or bodyweight. Ken can also design plans for very limited equipment.
How long should home workouts be?
Most effective home sessions can be 30 to 45 minutes when the plan is focused and distractions are removed.
Is this better than using random YouTube workouts?
It is more structured. Random workouts can help you sweat, but coaching gives you progression, substitutions, and a clear reason for each session.
